Hello everyone!

My name is Esra (I am 22 and live in Germany and have most of my closest relatives in Turkey) and I am going to tell you about my aunts story. I am collecting donations for her so I would really appreciate if you could read through this. (I would also appreciate if you’d spread this by reblogging even if you can’t donate)

In the last few months my aunts Namiye’s life changed abruptly. Her husband got a new job in Ankara, the capital of Turkey, so he moved there leaving his family in Kayseri, telling them that he will find a new nice flat for them.

That is where all the stress began. He said he would find something, but he actually never even tried.
My aunt tried to press the matter (since it has been going on for 2 months like that) but he always had another excuse.

Their children are still studying and they already transferred their schools to Ankara, but are not able to start their new school year.

Weeks passed again and suddenly my uncle tells my aunt that she and the children have to move out of the place they are currently living in.

With that my aunt became homeless, and with no place to be, she went back to my grandma’s and grandpa’s place. Everything about my uncle got even more mysterious. He stopped contacting them and after some time my aunt got really tired of everything and started to do some research about my uncle, because at this point she was suspecting, that he was hiding something. And she was right.

She found out that he had huge debts and like that was not enough all of her savings were gone either. So she checked out every other bank in the area and found out that he had debts at everywhere she went. The worst is, not only in his name but he also indebted my aunt and his oldest son. He also took money from his close relatives and is even indebted to his workplace, so much, that he doesn’t even get paid anymore.

When she found out about the debts, she had a mental breakdown and is being hospitalized since then.

Now she has a debt around 35.000 € (about 45.000$) , but No job, no income, no home and her husband is gone hiding somewhere like the coward he is.

So I beg you, please, even if it is just a tiny amount, every donation counts, this means so much to us, to her, to my cousins.

Thank you for reading for your time and also for your donation if you plan on donating.

While we’re calling out youtubers with a large following who are total creeps, can we add Adrian Van Oyen to the list? He’s an Australian youtuber who legit made a video where he approached women naked, as in totally unclothed, and many of them were visibly distressed.

I know someone who was the victim of a pervert who chose to expose himself to her, and the dude went to jail. Because this is criminal behaviour. The video is age restricted, but it doesn’t change the fact that this is a disgusting example of sexual harassment. And completely illegal in Australia.

I’ve been to the areas where he filmed this video, and it’s a family friendly park environment. I can only hope no children had to witness this asshat.

When he’s not taking a stroll sans clothing, he likes to use the phrase, ‘I’m just going to go for it,’ and kiss totally unsuspecting women without any consent. He has over a million subscribers and I hate to think about the influence this guy has, and he’s using it to do stupid crap like this. Can people please join me in reporting this guy? (You can find his channel here.)

(Also, heads up anyone from Brisbane, Australia. He likes to film in the City/Southbank, so keep an eye out.)

If you are an adult on the receiving end of sexual attention from a minor, the only appropriate response is a firm, non-negotiable “no.” Not an “I would, but the darn law…” not, “maybe when you’re eighteen,” a “no.” It is your job as the adult to be responsible, and to not abuse the power differential between you. What the minor wants is irrelevant to your obligations. The only appropriate response is “no.”

Right before my friend moved she wanted to get together and do a shoot based on the new movie.

We wanted to make some sort of cosplay/fashion inspired by the Ninja Turtles, and with them being so heavily accessorized in the new movie it was easy to put together outfits similar to their looks. We had designed these when images for the turtles had first started coming out so they might not be accurate anymore.

Hopefully the movie itself is decent, if not, we’ll always have their older stuff!
